– Mount Manypeaks –

I headed to Two Peoples Bay yesterday evening with Shawn Hayward & Peter Coe. The sunset provided some incredible light, and we arrived just in time to capture it.

Mount Manypeaks is just to the east of the national park, and looks to rise up straight out of the ocean.
Another magical location on the south-coast.

– Distant Horizons –

The low dark rain (drizzle) bearing clouds came over Albany last night, which was good because another shot that I have been wanting to capture presented itself in front of me, and without the low clouds and sea-mist/spray it wouldn’t have been possible.
Another perspective of the ever beautiful southern coastline.

– Distant Islands –

I caught up with friend and local photographer Shawn Hayward (VBI Photography) here in Albany yesterday evening as cloud started to become quite heavy over the coastal port city. I haven’t seen much of this cloud stuff for a number of weeks up in Perth, so the sight of it brought a big smile to my face.

Islands off the coast of Albany set up a great composition for another shot I’ve been wanting to get for a while. The south-coast, the place that just keeps giving.
